Board Meeting Information

The Board of Education is pleased to announce that the board agendas and minutes are available electronically.  Three days before a meeting, the agenda will be released on the Illini West Board Docs website.   From this site, you can also access:

• Annual schedule of regular school board meetings.

• Public notice of all board meetings.

• Agenda of each open meeting.

• Official open meeting minutes within 10 days after approval.

You can also access the information from previous meetings.  All of these items can be printed.  We believe this service will allow our constituents to stay more informed about our governance process and initiatives.

Meeting dates are subject to change depending on circumstances and time lines, etc. If a change becomes necessary, notification will be sent by the District Superintendent.
